Program Manager


At ACA we have several educational products and projects, which require organizing, coordinating and controlling all the process behind the scenes to have desired results. And for those results are responsible our Program Managers. 


  • To plan, coordinate and manage an Educational Product from A to Z, 
  • To select and recruit new students for the educational products,
  • To facilitate communication between students and tutors,
  • To undertake project tasks and provide administrative support as required,
  • To manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans,
  • To gather feedback and present insights,
  • To identify opportunities for continual improvement,
  • To develop industry partnerships with other companies.  

Required qualifications and skills: 

  • Experience - At least 6 months of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, Administration or other related fields, 
  • Multi-tasking - Ability to handle controlling and coordinating multiple projects at a time,
  • Communication - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, 
  • Organizational- Hands-on experience organizing, coordinating and delivering all needed results, 
  • Problem solving - Proactive and creative problem solver, who is able to have solution before the problem arises,

  • Curious mind - desire to learn new things.
  • Computer literacy - especially hands-on experience in G-suite, 
  • Languageskills - fluency (both oral and written) in Armenian and English,
